Community

My goal in everything I do is to raise the vibration of the people and projects I engage. That means I show up fully, am open to all feedback, and ultimately work to build trust and relationships with everyone I come in contact with.

I also want to give back to my community in ways that go beyond my paid work. And while my community is anchored in Saskatoon, it spreads well beyond the borders of this city, or even this province or country.

What I believe about community

We all have what it takes to build and maintain a safe, productive and inclusive community, from the local level to the international level. But it takes an open heart, a commitment to change at a systemic level, a belief that we can make a difference, and a willingness to show up as a leader. That means setting strong boundaries, owning my mistakes, and also asking for help.
